God is lifting His hand off and no longer anointing how things have been done in the last season. God is releasing new blueprints of new ways that God is operating in right now. Its not comfortable having to give up the old ways of doing things and give them up, and move forward and transition into the new season and learning to do things in different ways. He is stretching us now and giving us grace to move forward and into the new season.
